Packages are shipped with Postnord (Swedish carrier) or with UPS. You can choose between available shipping options at the checkout.
You will get a tracking number when the order ships.
– Trackable shipping options are internationally trackable.
– Non-trackable shipping options are only trackable until leaving Sweden. If you select non-trackable shipping you agree that our responsibility for the package ends when we hand it over to the postal service (Postnord), and we are not responsible for any claims of lost packages (as we can’t track it we can’t be sure that it hasn’t been delivered to you).
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Usually your order ships the same or the next business day.
Out of stock items
Out of stock items can be back-ordered. Fans and fan kits usually come back into stock in 1-3 days after purchase.
