Standard fans on a 3D-printer are very loud. Replacing them with quiet fans make a huge difference! Combine it with a silent mainboard and you will barely hear it running!
If used as a part cooling fan on the CR-6, print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4736963 before removing the old fan!

- Hotend: the fan screw holes need to be widened a bit (use a knife, drill or file) to fit on the metal posts (the stock screws are too short). Alternatively use a bit longer screws (14 mm M3 screw). For the most quiet it is necessary to remove (cut off) the fan grill in front of the fan. This drastically reduces the sound produced.
