You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, starting when your received the items, and return them.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must show no signs of use.

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom-made orders (orders that are not purchasable from the shop, e.g. orders agreed upon by email).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If only parts of an order are returned, then you will only receive a refund for those items.

If you want to return a product you must contact us before returning it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipment reaching us. We will not refund lost return packages. We recommend that you get a receipt from the shippers as proof of shipment and pay for parcel tracking.

When you return an item, you must return it within 14 days of you notifying us of your withdrawal/return. We will not accept late returns.

Items that are returned to us due to a customer not picking up the package will be refunded. We will not refund costs of delivery or any additional fees that arise when the package is returned.


Fans and fan kits have a 1 (one) year warranty from the date of you receiving the goods.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that either existed before you received the product or arise out of normal use.

Failure to follow installation instructions, such as improper wiring (wrong polarity, etc.) is not covered by the warranty. Damage/failure due to improper installation, wiring, usage, or other failure resulting from an issue with the machine the product is installed on, and/or modification of the product is not covered under the warranty.

All electrical products (such as fans) are tested before being sold to ensure that they work correctly before being shipped.
